This oo1I Bestbackrest.com, LLC backrest includes all the necessary parts and detailed installation instructions to easily adjust for a custom fit. Basically, one removes the two small Phillips' head screws holding the factory butt rest and slides it out of the seat. Next, one slides in the Bestbackrest.com, LLC back rest. The most difficult part is literally removing two Phillips' head screws (usually very easy and takes less than 5 minutes to do). To customize the backrest adjustment, is also very easy. I have installed many and could do so completely from start to finish in less than 10 minutes. A newbee should be able to do so in 20 minutes or less.
My wife and I have them on our 650's and love them. The best way we can describe the ride is the difference between sitting on a picnic bench unsupported or sitting in a comfortable chair with a padded back. They also make you feel more like "one" with the bike, when driving.
